At Awakenings Hypnosis & Coaching, we offer both group sessions and 1:1 sessions. Group sessions are general goals in a comfortable safe space with shared common goals to achieve. And 1:1 sessions are customized to you with specific objectives in mind.

Group sessions can be combined with 1:1 sessions to help you maintain the focus on a  goal, such as weight management or smoking cessation. Joining our monthly Introductory calls are a great way to learn more and experience a short hypnosis session in a safe space.
